I've managed global operations across 7 countries and 40+ jurisdictions. I've built infrastructure for 12,000-employee enterprises. I've diagnosed million-dollar leaks that nobody else could see — and designed the systems to stop them.

I started Johnson Strategic Group because I kept watching the same pattern: organizations bleeding money through cracks they couldn't name, while consultants audited the wrong things. The problems weren't in the spreadsheets. They were in the infrastructure itself.

Now I help organizations see what they've stopped noticing — and build something better from what they find.
